The Open Mike 'Thought-Provoking' daily poll has been a staple of the Open Mike program since its inception. It started as something we just put up on the website to act as an interactive tool for our listeners. It then blossomed into cannon fodder for Bianchi and Fritz. The daily poll became an integral part of on air content on a DAILY basis.
Brandon 'Master-Engineer' Kravitz started as a lowly intern in 2011, his sole purpose was to answer the phones and screen calls before they hit the airwaves. Somehow, through the art of passive persuasion he started getting in on the show-prep process. Eventually Mike Bianchi handed over the keys to the precious daily poll mobile to the one and only Brandon Kravitz, and thus the Poll Master was born.
Since that day we've seen hundreds of 'thought-provoking', controversial, and off the wall daily polls. Website traffic has seen spike in the numbers and show content has never been the same. However, there is one persistent problem The glaring omissions. Kravitz is notorious for leaving off very obvious and worthy candidates on many polls, a problem we all found humorous and a bit charming until yesterday...
Yesterday's daily poll was: What is the greatest sibling rivalry of all time?
And Kravitz in his not so infinite wisdom, left off Cain & Abel. This sent Bianchi on a tirade, to the point where he made the claim that the poll privileges should be stripped from Kravitz, and if not that, then the poll should just be disbanded forever.
