Dwight said in an interview with ESPN that Stan and him keep in touch frequently and that Stan Van Gundy was one of the first people he talked to after he was traded to the Los Angelos Lakers. Unbelievable, right?
Believe it.
Stan admitted in an interview with us (Orlando's only morning sports-talk/drive time radio show) that in fact, him and Dwight speak often. Stan said he wishes Dwight the absolute best and said that they exchange text messages on a somewhat regular basis. He went on to add that him and Dwight were in constant contact while he was in LA rehabbing his back durning the NBA postseason.
The man who tried to, and succeeded in getting Stan canned has been forgiven, by Stan. Are you okay with this Magic fans? Are you put off by the fact that the leader of Team Stan is friends with your blood rival?
