Coming off of a big game against the Tampa Bucs where CJ2K ran for 190 yards but failed to get to paydirt. That shouldn't be a problem this Sunday on the road against a reeling Buffalo Bills team.
Laurent Robinson - DAL WR
This guy has been on fire recently. He has 7 TD's in his last five games, which account for all of his scores this season. With Austin Miles still a little nicked up and Dez Bryant a 2nd half non-factor look for Tony Romo to target Robinson often against an Arizona secondary that ranks 25th in the NFL against the pass.
New England Defense
Usually not a good option here, but this week they get the all powerful Indianapolis Colts. Dan Orvlosky is getting his 1st start of the year and lets not forget he started for the 0-16 Detroit Lions. This guy is an even bigger stiff than Curtis Painter and I wouldn't be suprised to see no TD's given up by the Pats young D.
Anyone on the Saints Offense
I'm a big time Detroit Lions fan here, but lets face it. Drew Bree's is going to pick them apart on national TV during Sunday Night Football. The Lions will be without No. 1 CB Chirs Houston, FS Louis Delmas, and DT Ndamukong Suh who is suspended. Marques Colston, Mark Ingram, Pierre Thomas, Jimmy Graham, and of course Drew Brees are all good options here.
This Weeks Sit Em!
Michael Turner - ATL RB
Turner is battling groin injury which he has a history of. Groin injuries are never an easy thing to play with i.e. Arian Foster early in the season. Although it looks like Turner will play, he has to go against the No.1 defense in the league in the Houston Texans.
Hakeem Nicks - NYG WR
Nicks was the No. 1 reciever on the Giants coming into the year but lately Eli Manning has became a big fan of Victor Cruz who sees most of Eli's targets. Nicks has been putting up some decent yards but has only reached the endzone once since week 6. Nicks is battling a concussion and rib injuries, the Packers D gives up a lot yards but not very many points.
AJ Green - CIN WR
Although Green has got himself healthy he will be matched up with the like of Ike Taylor and Troy Polamalu. James Harrison and Dick Jaron will find a way disrupt another Bengal stud rookie Andy Dalton. Should be a long afternoon in Pittsburgh for the young Bengals.

Week 8!!
Thursday 12-01-2011 4:03pm ET
Buffa Says Start….
Antonio Brown- Pitt- WR
Now I’m not telling you to start him over your stud’s, BUT!! He has a great match-up this week and will get increased target with an ailing Hines Ward.
This could be a high acoring game and with guys still waiting for Andre Johnson to get back and BYE weeks hampering everyone this could be a GREAT option this week!
Chris Johnson- Tenn –RB
I know he has been killing most of you this year and you probably can’t afford to sit him anyway BUT if you are thinking of it DON’T!!
The Colts are worse than awful and have allowed at least one rushing touchdown and/or 100 total yards to a running back in five of seven games, and just last week they allowed 97 total yards to three different Saints backs.
Fred Davis – Wash – TE
Start this guy!! He is a TOP-NOTCH option at TE for the rest of the season. I don’t care if its John Beck, Rex Grossman or The Shot Dr at QB. Cooley is on IR, Moss is out for a month, and Buffalo lets up a ton of Yards…Start him over almost anyone at that positon this week (Unless they play for New England)
Buffa Says Sit…….
Tim Tebow- Den – QB
I know…I know..I know…..he rushes a lot. Listen…Detroit might knowck him out of the game and if you have him on your team he is most likely a new addition so don’t sit Phillip Rivers, Big Ben, or Ryan Fitzpatrick for Tebow.
A big reason why Tebow has been successful in the past has been because he's had easy match-ups. Week 8 against a Lions team that will key in on Tebow won't be easy.
Peyton Hills- Cle- RB
Even if he is 100% healthy keep him on your bench this week. San Fran has not allowed a rushing TD all year I believe or 100yd rusher since last season.
Hillis has been a major Bust this year and that trend will continue this week!
Marshawn Lynch- Seattle-RB
This Guy got a lot of you owners last week and he will again this week. The Bengals have a good defense and may get up early in this game. Lynch is a crapshoot each week so unless you need to start him look for a better option
Week 4 Start and Sits
Friday 09-30-2011 3:42pm ET
Start’ em
Eli Manning QB
The Giants QB gets Mario Manningham back this week and now has some confidence in his slot receiver Victor Cruz after he roasted the eagles for 2 TD’s last week. Of course he also has STUD WR Hakeem Nicks. The Arizona Defense is very suspect and I think this offense will have good field position all day.
Lance Moore WR,
The Saints throw a lot and Brees will always find the open man. The open man in most cases ends up being Moore. He is coming off a huge game last week, and serves as a Welker-esque player in this offense.
Felix Jones RB
You might say huh?? But Felix looked good last week and has been a full go at practice all week. The Lions have trouble against the run and YPC against them this season is over 5YPC. Romo is banged up and they’re at short on wideout. He will get a lot of touches this week.
Sit’ em
Shonn Greene RB
Nobody runs good against the Ravens. Especially guys like Greene who are have trouble getting that burst into the 2nd level of tacklers. Find a better option at RB if you can
Anqual Boldin WR
He’s gonna be stuck on Revis Island most of the day. Boldin is still a good red zone target but starting any WR that is going to be going against the Jets #1 corner is a risky proposition.
Michael Vick QB
This is a crap shoot. I know most of you took him in 1st round so you cant really sit him, but don’t make the mistake of the auto-start here if you have someone else capable on your bench. This guy is really banged up and looked awful against NY. Kevin Kolb, Matt Stafford, Ryan Fitzpatrick, and Big Ben are all better options
A few fantasy observations from Week 2

A few fantasy observations from Week # 2............
How is it that Cam Newton has piled up 854 yards passing in his first 2 NFL games? Who saw this one coming? Newton fantasy owners don't care that the Panthers are 0-2. Yesterday's 432 yards through the air were supplemented by another 53 yards on the ground and a touchdown. Unfortunetly, Newton has been on fantasy benches across the country. Get him in your lineup next week with the lame Jacksonville Jaguars in town.............
Are you a believer in the greatness of Buffalo QB Ryan Fitzpatrick? No one believed in this guy last year and he is at it again. He has 7 touchdown passes in 2 games, including 3 and 264 yards passing in Week 2's win at home vs. Oakland. Fitzpatrick has plenty of weapons, including RB Fred Jackson and wide reciever Steve Johnson. The Bills will need to score a lot next week with the Patriots heading to Orchard Park............
Buc RB LeGarrette Blount is going to have his ups and downs. He was a compltete non-factor last week when the Bucs got behind and spent the second half throwing ahainst the Lions. The Bucs trailed the Vikings in Week #2 17-0 but stayed with Blount and it worked. He ran 13 times for 71 yards and 2 touchdowns as the Bucs came from behind and beat the Vikings, 24-20. Blount owners must understand his limitations in the passing game. He comes out of the game on passing downs in favor of Earnest Graham. Blount will face the Falcons this Sunday at home................
I was laughed at in the Caddyshank's Fantasy Draft when I picked Arizona RB Beanie Wells in the 4th round. I knew what I was doing. In his first 2 games, he has rushed 32 times for 183 yards and a touchdown in each game. With Tim Hightower now in Washington, Wells is " the man" in Arizona and will maintain this kind of fantasy production. Congrats if you were smart like me and drafted Wells. He will face the soft Seattle defense at home next..............
Here are 5 things I like this week in fantasy football
Friday 09-16-2011 11:37am ET
Here are 5 things I like this week in fantasy football........
1- Buffalo QB Ryan Fitzpatrick vs. Oaklland-- Fitzpatrick is locked in and has a good offemsive cast around him. He was rock-solid last week in Kansas City, throwing for 208 yards and 4 touchdowns. The Bills have an improving offensive line and good running game. Fitzpatrick is the one that makes the whole thing go and head cvoach Chan Gailey is not afraid to throw............
2- Cleveland RB Peyton Hillis at Indy - Hillis was a disappointment last week against the Bengals, rushing 17 times for just 57 yards. The Browns travel to Indy to take on the sinking Colts and the chance for Hillis to redeem himself is strong. Look for the Browns to come out early in this one and quickly establish the run. Hillis should get 25 carries or more in this one and will eat up the lame Indy defense.............
3- Tampa Bay RB LeGarrette Blount at Minnnesota - Blount was a complete bust last week against the Lions, rushing only 5 times for a meager 15 yards. The Bucs completely abandoned the run last week in the second half, and coach Raheem Morris will not make that mistake again. This has the makings of a low-scoring and conservative game for both teams. Blount should get 20-plus carries and his strong offensive line will get him plenty of space to churn up yards...........
4- The Green Bay defense at Carolina - Do not be fooled by the 422 yards Carolina QB Cam Newton put up vs. Arizona. The Packers have a real defense spearheaded by linebacker Clay Matthews and a veteran secondary. Defensive coordinator Dom Capers will dial up some heavy blitzes and have Newton on the run all day. You will not see wide reciever Steve Smith running around all day by himself in the secondary. The Green Bay defense is the top defense in fantasy football this week................
5- Houston QB Matt Schaub at Miami - Schaub threw for 220 yards and a touchdowns last week at home vs. Indy. After watching Tom Brady rip apart the Dolphin defense last week, this game sets up great for Schaub. The Dolphins will have no answer for either Houston wide reciever Andre Johnson or tight end Owen Daniels. Penciil in Schaub for 275 yards and 3 touchdown passes...............
With the NFL regular season here...
Thursday 09-08-2011 3:39pm ET
With the NFL regular season here, a few fantasy tidbits to be aware of..........
The Green Bay RB situation is going to work itself out. If you own both Ryan Grant and James Starks, stay patient. Grant may get the majority of carries at first, but Starks is the man for the long haul. Don't worry about fullback John Kuhn vulturung touchdowns here. If you own Grant and want to trade for Starks, do it now! Starks will turn out to be a RB1 once he is starting..........
One of the "golden rules" of fantasy football is "never sit your studs" This has come into play this week with you guys who own Ray Rice. Your first round pick should always be in there no matter what. Pittsburgh has a stout defense, but Rice is good enough to still salvage a good fantasy day. DONT BE THE GUY WHO GETS CUTE AND BENCHES RICE FOR CEDRIC BENSON!...........
How many of you guys are playing Rex Grossman against the New York Football Giants? One of the problems here is highly-impatient Washington coach Mike Shanahan and his son Kyle, who runs the offense. Grossman has a good chance of being pulled sometime in this game for John Beck. So you ask yourself just how bad is Beck? He is bad enough to be behind Grossman on the depth chart. The Redskin QB situation will be one to avoid all season..........
Keep an eye on New Orlean's rookie RB Mark Ingram tonight. This guy is real good and is an upgrade over veteran Pierre Thomas. This may be somewhat of a timeshare initially, but Ingram will take over sooner than later. He will be a power guy on the goalline and a workhorse in a high-powered offense. If you want to trade for him, do it before the game tonight...........
