The Tampa Bay Buccaneers suffered their second-straight loss on Sunday, this time to the Indianapolis Colts. The Bucs sit at 4-7 with six weeks remaining in the regular season. In most divisions, seven losses through 11 weeks would just about eliminate you from claiming your division. But, not in the NFC South.
The Atlanta Falcons currently sit atop the division with a 5-6 record with a tie-breaker over the New Orleans Saints who also sit at 5-6. Tampa comes in at third at 4-7, and the Panthers find themselves in the basement at 1-10. With six games remaining, Tampa will get a chance to make up some lost ground with meetings with all of it's divisional foes.
