Which College Coach In Florida Is Doing The Best Job?

It's hard to believe considering how the season started but Mike Norvell of Florida St has become my number one college football coach in Florida. The Noles have now won three in a row and have shown a lot of heart. Not only has Coach Norvell had memorable sound bites in press conferences but he's been able to keep the team engaged to the point where they are a top 20 rushing team in the nation and are trending upward while guys like Dan Mullen seem to be trending the other way.

Coach Mullen will have his hands full when they take on number one overall Georgia this coming Saturday and he also has to make the right decision regarding redshirt freshman QB Anthony Richardson. Manny Diaz of Miami finally got a big win over NC St but the jury is still out on him and the Canes. First year UCF Head Coach Gus Malzahn has been forced to start true freshman Mikey Keene in the wake of the Dillon Gabriel injury, so he's in a tough spot but also has a chance to move the needle as the Knights will try to regroup and finish the season strong.

In the podcast clip below, Bianchi gives his take on what seems to be holding UF back at the moment.
