NBA In Talks With Disney To Restart League In Orlando In Late July

New York Knicks v Denver Nuggets

The NBA has released a statement saying the league is in talks with the Walt Disney Company about restarting the 2019-20 NBA season at the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex.

The complex would be used as a single site for an NBA “bubble” for games, as well as practices and housing.

The plan would be to have the season begin in late July:

The league has halted play since the middle of March amid the coronavirus pandemic.
