Sports gives us a sense of "calmness and normalcy" says @BrandonKravitz

It was Wednesday night when the NBA announced that they were going to suspend the play of games. Since then, other leagues have followed suit. Games have been cancelled, meetings cancelled, Spring Training cancelled and the start of the MLB season pushed back.

Kravitz explained that sports is a constant and when that constant stops, there's a real impact, "The existence of sports being played gives us a sense of calmness and normalcy. ... We don't expect our sports to ever stop being played. It's one of those every day constants, and to see it stop, there's a real impact there."

You can listen to Kravitz explain what the suspension of sports means and the impact it has in the podcast below.
