Being in the American Athletic Conference, people always overlook UCF. Nobody thought they would go from a winless season, to being undefeated in just two years and then beating Auburn in the Peach Bowl. Let's not forget last year's undefeated regular season team that put up a fight against LSU in the Fiesta Bowl.
But going back to the first undefeated season with Scott Frost, fans thought Frost had it good here and didn't expect him to leave so soon, even with Nebraska being his alma mater. Out goes Frost, in comes Josh Heupel who has had tons of success in his short time at UCF. Will Heupel stay should a bigger school have an opening?
